Our refund policy has been created in such a way that it is straightforward for our clients to fully understand. Microwise Global Infotech LLP will issue a refund in the circumstances specified in our return policy. Please read the following refund procedures carefully:
We provide our clients with a demo website so that they may assess the quality of our work and get more comfortable working with us. Before paying for our services, please contact us if you have any questions.
Eligible for refund:
At Microwise Global Infotech LLP, every project is essential to us, and we treat them with care and professionalism. We always strive to complete the desired project for our clients within the timeframe specified. However, if a client is dissatisfied with the project or has altered his or her plans and wishes to receive a refund, he or she should check their eligibility under our refund policy, which is mentioned below:
Advance Payment Policy:
When you are ready to hire us for any of the services we offer, you must pay a minimum of 25% upfront. If our client cancels the project within three days of making an advance payment to us, the 25% deposit is totally refunded. Please keep in mind that if you cancel the job after three days of upfront payment, you will not receive a refund.
Delivery Time and Payment:
Full Refund: If the job is not begun or delivered as agreed upon.
Partial Refund: If the project work has already begun and the client wishes to terminate the project, the complete advance money, which is 25%, will not be returned.
No Refund: If full payment is received after the project is successfully delivered and the client wishes to cancel the project, the entire amount will be non-refundable.
Microwise Global Infotech LLP reserves the right to amend this policy at any moment, without previous notice. We request that you review this policy on a regular basis. If our policy changes, both existing and new clients will be satisfied with the new policy.
