Microwise Global Infotech LLP will develop written material for the Client’s website based on accepted conditions.
Microwise. Global Infotech LLP commits to take reasonable care to ensure that all information and claims contained in the work are correct and that the work does not violate any copyright or other third-party rights.
Microwise Global Infotech LLP acknowledges the client’s right to revise and reread the work before publication within the agreed-upon timeline.
The client agrees to review the final work for spelling and grammatical problems, as well as assertions. Microwise Global Infotech LLP is not liable for errors discovered after the website has gone live.
Web Design & Development
Microwise Global Infotech LLP designs and develops websites based on client requests and adheres to agreed-upon conditions.
The client is completely responsible for describing the structure, amount of pages, and applicable words.
The client agrees to provide satisfactory images or imagery for the design.
Client is responsible for securing and purchasing domain names. Microwise Global Infotech LLP may, at its discretion, advise Client on appropriate names.
The customer understands that Microwise Global Infotech LLP is not responsible for any grammatical or other errors in the content submitted by them.
Microwise. Global Infotech LLP undertakes to correct any errors and execute any revisions required by the client. The client agrees to a maximum of three revisions (depending on the package). Major design changes will not be made in revisions.
The client understands that any changes made after final clearance or website launch will incur charges. Microwise Global Infotech LLP will not start working on the following change requests until full payment is received.
The client acknowledges that Microwise Global Infotech LLP will include a “Web Design” link in the footnote section of all websites they work on. This is Microwise Global Infotech LLP’s branding, and removing it will incur a fee.
Microwise Global Infotech LLP is not responsible for website hacking, lost rankings, or inaccuracies.
Clients can cancel website development or digital marketing projects if the team at Microwise Global Infotech LLP has not begun work. Cancellations will not be accepted after 3 calendar days.
Logo and Graphic Design
We generate unique logos and offer guidance. Our logo designs are based on study and concept development, and we guarantee you an other logo design if a trademark on the logo is rejected for any reason.
If you have any issues while registering your trademark, please contact us and we will provide alternative options. However, unlike the trademark register, we do not have access to all existing logos, making it practically hard to be positive that the chosen design is not a loose match of an existing design.
Note: Any conditions agreed upon in the final proposal/email will be evaluated alongside the terms specified on this term page.
